PAYMENT

We are paneled with the following insurance companies:
BCBS
Ambetter
United Healthcare / UMR
There are some downfalls to consider if you use insurance, which you should be aware of:
If you use insurance, we have to give you a formal mental health diagnosis, which then becomes part of your permanent medical record.
We have to give reports of your weekly progress to your insurance company, so we have less control over the privacy of your information.
Insurance will dictate the number of sessions we can work together, no matter what actual needs you have.
-
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash
Credit Cards
Health Savings Cards
Please note we do NOT accept checks.

That’s entirely up to what you want and need. Some people use therapy to feel better about one or two issues, and some use it for deeper life exploration. We support whatever goals our clients have.
-
Yes, we offer online & phone therapy within the State of Arkansas. Online therapy can help make therapy convenient and accessible. It works like regular therapy, except we communicate via video through the platform Simple Practice (kind of like Skype).
Online therapy through our client portal is easy — If you will be on your computer, there is nothing to download, nothing to install. If you will be using your phone, we will email you instructions for how to download the Simple Practice app.
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a link in your email (about 10 minutes prior to the session) which allows you to join the video call with your therapist.
All sessions are 100% private and secure.
For further questions or to schedule a consultation feel free to contact us by email, or phone.

Working with minors comes with its own unique set of confidentiality laws. If family sessions would be helpful, we’ll do those. If your daughter prefers to meet her therapist on her own, with your permission, you and the therapist will all sign paperwork together that clearly lays out what situations would trigger us to get you involved immediately (such as obvious personal danger of any kind). We find it’s best to review all these questions in person with you and your daughter so everyone is comfortable and clear on the rules.
THE MOST POWERFUL STEP TOWARD HEALING IS ASKING FOR HELP.
Counseling for Women
While it’s totally normal to wonder why your life isn’t where you want it to be, you still need a way to get it sorted. We all need somewhere safe to share our thoughts and feelings and get to the root of what’s happening. That’s exactly what we’re here for—to help guide you toward a more fulfilling feel-good life.
Counseling for Teen Girls
Do you have a daughter struggling with depression or anxiety? Today’s social-media-driven, body-image-obsessed world can make life really difficult for girls to know who they are or what they want to be. We specialize in helping girls develop the wisdom, strength, and confidence to handle peer pressure both on- and offline.
Medication Management
A holistic approach to mental health care sometimes means considering certain medications. When used correctly, medications can reduce symptoms of overwhelm and increase your ability to function in life. And there is absolutely no shame or judgment in it—this is a safe place to explore or get assistance managing meds.
Intensive Therapy
In Therapy Intensives, healing time is maximized. The only client the therapist has for the entire day is you. Each Therapy Intensive is up to 8 hours of highly-focused individual counseling. After experiencing rapid emotional healing, you will leave transformed and renewed.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural state of altered consciousness that occurs normally in every person just before he/she enters into the sleep state. In therapeutic hypnosis we prolong this brief interlude so that we can work within its bounds and use it for healing for you.
EMDR Therapy
Unlike traditional therapy, EMDR doesn’t require in-depth talk about distressing or traumatic experiences. Instead, it allows the brain to use its natural healing process to root the source of painful memories and gently adjust how the brain and body remember and respond to them.
